Our service engineering staff has many years of experience in both vehicle repair and technical publication development.
They use their unique blend of experience and skills to obtain pertinent technical information from our customer's vehicle
engineering staff. Through our development and validation processes and standards, they create accurate technical publications
that are used by technicians to repair vehicles.
Web Development
Our web development staff strives to stay on the cutting edge of web technology to provide innovative, flexible products that meet
the needs of the customer. Our staff can take an initial concept and bring it to life on the web with years of experience in
content management and design, data migration and processing, and custom web application programming.
Graphic Illustration
Our illustration team is skilled in the development of line art, cutaway and exploded view technical illustrations. They prepare
supporting graphics for service information authored in-house and can provide illustrations in most native file formats. A
variety of systems and the most up to date software are utilized to produce complex, detailed technical illustrations.
Training
Our trainers have years of technician experience and are trained to provide a clear, hands-on learning experience. Trainers stay in
touch with the latest automotive technology and are fully versed in each set of diagnostic software and tools Par-Tech provides.
Customer Assistance and Validation
You can be sure that our support representatives are actively using the products they support and will assist customers as
quickly and courteously as possible. Whether our customers are highly technical or new to using computers, our support staff
is ready to customize our level of support to you. They are highly skilled in using all Microsoft Windows operating systems and
have been thoroughly trained in PC troubleshooting.

Technical Assistance
Our technical assistance representatives assist customers with vehicle repair and diagnostics. Each member of our team is ASE certified
and attends continuous improvement training to ensure their skills are kept up-to-date. Many have had specialized training in various areas
such as Engine Electrical, Engine Mechanical, Body, Chassis, HVAC, etc. and some have owned their own repair shops. They are intimately
familiar with vehicle repair and can assist customers with everything from programming a vehicle to replacing a transmission.
ESI Data Entry
Our electronic service information (ESI) data entry team prides itself on their attention to detail. Each member is highly skilled in data
entry and quality assurance processes ensure an accurate final product. They convert information from our customers into various format for
printing, electronic, or web delivery.
Translators
Par-Tech's translation team consists of native speakers of the languages into which we translate service information from our customers. Their
fluency in the English language, along with their native language facilitates the translation process. Languages into which Par-Tech's team can
translate include: Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and others upon request.
Sales
Par-Tech's sales staff is comprised of individuals with extensive sales experience with both large OEMs and small
companies. They have technical experience in all areas of automotive service engineering. Our sales staff prides itself
on the "personal touch". It is important to form solid, trust-based relationships with our customers. We put the needs of
our customers first and always work to accomodate any custom requirements specified.
